D3™ technology is technically superior but is still remarkably flexible and easy to use, providing valuable benefits for customers. The system architecture means that:

Minimal user training is required - controls are simple, the system is always on, display is uncomplicated and clearly shows measurement value, and alarms can be set if thresholds are exceeded.
Consistent results are achieved between users. Device parameters can be established from a single control point and cannot be modified in the field.
System status is always known. Because the system has a visual, audible and tactile alarm and indicators clearly show measurement activity (device heartbeat) and alarm status, the user can be certain the device is working correctly.
No special handling is required allowing the user to focus on their own priorities without distraction. Our products are designed for front-line, first-responder usage, with a robust, solid state system and easy portability (devices can be worn over protective clothing).
Devices are highly portable, small, lightweight and wearable for full shifts, enabling our products to be used consistently as part of standard equipment rather than just for special circumstances.
A simple wireless network can be used for real-time, distributed monitoring. Our devices include a Bluetooth wireless link for parameter setting and data download.
